App: AI Mirror – Phone Mirror app

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Mirror (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or address to use the App.

2. Device Permissions We Request

The App requests the following permissions. Each is used only for the feature described, and you can change your mind at any time in iOS Settings.

Camera — Required for the mirror, real-time beauty adjustment, AI skin analysis, AI hair analysis, and the tools in AI Studio. The live camera preview is processed on your device in real time and is not recorded or transmitted.

Photo Library (Add Only) — Used solely to save photos you choose to save. The App requests add-only access and cannot read or browse your existing photo library.

Microphone — Used only when you choose to ask the AI beauty assistant a question by voice.

Speech Recognition — Used only to transcribe your voice question into text. This transcription is performed by Apple’s speech recognition service and, depending on your device and selected language, the audio may be sent to Apple for processing under Apple’s privacy policy.

We do not request access to your contacts, location, health data, calendar, or Face ID.

3. Information We Collect

Photos you submit for AI analysis. When you run an AI Skin Analysis or AI Hair Analysis, or attach an image or PDF to a question for the AI beauty assistant, that content is transmitted to our AI processing provider (OpenAI) to generate your result. This is the only situation in which images leave your device, and it happens only when you actively start an analysis or send an attachment.

Text you type. Questions you send to the AI beauty assistant are transmitted to the same provider to generate a response.

Analysis results. Scores, metrics, tips, and thumbnail images generated by the App are stored locally on your device so you can view your history and trends.

Purchase status. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive only the anonymous entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features. We never see or receive your payment card, Apple Account credentials, or billing address.

Correspondence. If you email our support address, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message and use it only to reply to you.

We do not operate our own user accounts, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs, and the App does not contain third-party advertising or tracking libraries. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. About Face Data

Some features detect facial landmarks (such as the position of eyes, brows, lips, and jawline) to align effects and produce measurements. This detection runs entirely on your device using Apple’s Vision and ARKit frameworks and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.

We do not create, store, or use a faceprint or any other biometric template. We do not use facial data to identify or authenticate you, to build a profile about you, or for advertising. Photos you submit for AI analysis are used only to generate the result you requested.

5. How Your Data Is Processed and Retained

On your device. Analysis reports, scores, thumbnails, and your settings are stored in the App’s private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting a report in the App removes it, and deleting the App removes all of it.

Our AI processing provider. Photos, attachments, and questions you submit are sent to OpenAI solely to generate your result. Under OpenAI’s API terms, this content is not used to train their models. OpenAI may retain submitted content for a limited period for abuse and misuse monitoring before deletion, in accordance with its own policy: https://openai.com/policies/

Our own servers. We do not operate servers that store your photos, analysis results, or questions.

6. How We Use Information

We use information only to: provide the features you request; generate and display your analysis results and history; process and restore subscriptions through Apple; respond to your support requests; maintain the security and stability of the App; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your content for direct marketing.

7. Sharing

We share information only in these cases:

Apple — for App Store purchases, subscription management, and (where applicable) speech recognition.

OpenAI — for the AI processing described in Section 5.

Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

Business transfer — if our business is transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

We have no other third-party recipients.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where local law requires a higher age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because analysis data is stored on your device rather than on our servers, you can exercise most of these rights directly: delete individual reports in the App, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or delete the App. For anything else, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing features you request), consent (device permissions), and legitimate interests (security and service improvement). Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

10. Security

We use HTTPS for all transmission and rely on iOS app sandboxing to protect data stored on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate measures.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
