AI Mirror Help & Support

AI Mirror needs camera access to work. Open Settings → Apps → AI Mirror on your device and make sure Camera is switched on, then reopen the app.

If access is already allowed, close any other app that is using the camera, force-quit AI Mirror and open it again. Restarting the device fixes the rare case where the camera is stuck system-wide.

A normal mirror shows you a flipped reflection. True Mirror un-flips the image so you see yourself the way other people see you. You can switch between the two at any time from the mirror screen.

Turn on the fill light and pick the tone that matches your room (daylight, cool or warm), and raise your screen brightness. Facing a window or a lamp gives the best result — light coming from behind you will always make your face look darker.

AI Mirror asks for add-only access to Photos, which lets it save pictures but never read your library. If saving fails, go to Settings → Apps → AI Mirror → Photos and choose Add Photos Only. Also check that your device has free storage.

• Use even, natural light and avoid strong shadows or backlight.
• Hold the device at eye level, with your whole face (or hair and scalp) inside the frame.
• Remove glasses, hats and anything covering your face; for skin analysis a clean, makeup-free face works best.
• Keep still until the capture finishes.

Comparing reports is most meaningful when you scan in similar lighting at a similar time of day.

Make sure a single face is clearly visible, centered and well lit, then try again. AI-powered analysis also needs an internet connection — check Wi-Fi or cellular data and retry in a moment. If you have not allowed AI data sharing, the app uses its on-device engine instead, which works fully offline.

No. AI Mirror is a cosmetic and beauty tool. Its scores, readings and simulations are estimates for general grooming and entertainment only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any concern about your skin, hair or health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Every report is saved automatically to your history inside the app, where you can view trends and compare two days. Reports are stored only on your device. You can delete an individual report in the app; deleting the app removes all of them.

Because reports are not uploaded to us, they are not transferred automatically when you reinstall the app, and we cannot recover a deleted report for you.

Asking by voice needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition access. Enable them in Settings → Apps → AI Mirror. You can always type your question instead.

The mirror itself — including True Mirror, zoom, fill light, freeze and capture — is free to use. AI Mirror Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the AI-powered features. The plans available and the exact price for your region are always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
2. Open the subscription screen in AI Mirror and tap Restore Purchases.
3. If that doesn't help, force-quit the app, check your internet connection and open it again.

Still locked? Email us and include the order ID from your Apple receipt email.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so deleting the app does not cancel them. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then AI Mirror.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until that period ends.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so we are unable to issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in, choose "Request a refund" and select your AI Mirror purchase. Apple decides refunds under its own policies.

The live camera preview is processed on your device and is never recorded or transmitted. The only images that leave your device are the single still photos you deliberately submit for AI analysis or attach to a question for the AI beauty assistant — and only after you have given permission inside the app.

Open the app's Settings screen — AI data sharing is the first row. It shows the current state (Allowed or Not allowed) and lets you withdraw permission at any time. Withdrawing takes effect immediately; skin and hair analysis keep working with the on-device engine, fully offline.
